RETURN POLICY

      • Unopened and undamaged conventional products can initiate return requests through official application channels under normal circumstances. The overall applicability of return services will be judged based on the actual condition of the goods received by the processing team.
      • Items with special material attributes or functional characteristics may have differentiated return scope restrictions. Relevant processing standards will be implemented in accordance with universal commodity service norms.
      • We endeavor to conduct full inspection of returned goods after receipt and sort out reasonable disposal schemes for eligible return applications in a timely manner.

      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
